Return Policy

Returns and cancellations

• We work to ensure providing the high-end products with beautiful designs. Please remember to refer to our fabrics and product care guide on every product.
• All products that are going to be returned must have their original packaging.
• Returns Conditions: Damaged or faulty Products will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability, within a 10 day period. Where possible we will offer to repair the faulty item. If a Product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund within the 10 day period. At our discretion any product returned outside of the deadline for returns may not be accepted.
• Cancellation Conditions: An order can be canceled 24 hours after placing it, by emailing us at [email protected]
• Refund: Company will refund the corresponding amount (except for taxes and shipping fees) within the period of 30 days from the date the Cancellation was reported. The refund will take place through the same method of payment originally used. We will retain the refund until the goods have been received.

Returns Procedure:

• Request Return: You can request a Return from order page
• Fill in Returns form: Please click on Orders and select the product
• Package: Wrap the item(s) in the original packaging, enter the completed Return address.

For international orders, shipping costs and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable..
